Burnt & Blackened Salsa Verde – Chiloreo

Chiloreo’s interpretation of the traditional Mexican Salsa Verde! They blacken tomatillos and chili peppers on their charcoal grill and combine them with fresh Serrano and yellow Habanero peppers, a whole bunch of garlic, lime and fresh coriander.
The heat is zesty but moderate so it doesn’t overwhelm the fresh, juicy flavours that make this salsa verde green and delicious.
