Based in Utrecht, Twisted Jams makes jams and relishes out of “second chance”, seasonal fruits and vegetables. These are the vegetables that for what ever reason (either too big, small, oddly shaped) are rejected by supermarkets and suppliers. Their Jams and chutneys are remarkably balanced and always delicious.

Because we work with ‘waste’, we often don’t know what we’re going to be making in the afternoon. That keeps us sharp and creative and we can therefore always offer an exciting range.
